Step 1 of 2

* don't submit more than 1 blog a day.
* don't submit warning pages.
* the blog must contain something that interests the surfer.
* the blog may not use overused content. (if you don't know what this means then just ignore it)
* avoid big banners at the top of your blog.
* make sure the recips (links that point back to the blog directory) are placed on the blog.
* the recips should not be placed at the bottom of the blog.
