What are your thoughts on the Celeb niche?

A hard converter because of all the mainstream sites with free pics avaliable? I wouldn't think simply because of lack of traffic on the surfer part.

Probably. And yeah, there is a lot of traffic for it, both on SEs, P2P networks, etc.
How about making up a package of celebs + let's say hardcore, for the same signup?

Maybe you could turn the tides into your favor by advertising a related product or service on that traffic.

If Pammy Ando is anything to go by you may do well with a celebrity dictionary which explains the meaning of words with little pictures! For US$995 a copy you could do well in Hollywood.

Celeb sites convert and convert well, however I would never use a celeb sponsor on a celeb site as they won't convert.

If you are targeting male celebs then playgirl and programs like that work. Female celebs then some of the free sites for example maxcash ones work.
