[onlycategory:Anal] specifies that you only want blogs from category 'Anal'
[columns:3] specifies that you want 3 columns
[if_isnewcol][end_isnewcol] the html between these tags is displayed when you should move to a new column, in this case i close the table cell and open it again.
[if_isnewcategory][end_isnewcategory] the html between these tags is displayed when a new category is found.
^^^ the above tags aren't required.

never mind i somehow managed to do it.

i would suggest that a new column for category be added in the FEEDS section,
something like;

Enabled | Name | Category

this makes browsing through the feeds easier, especially when we have a lot of them.
