How do people on the internet find our feedslists? Do they help us get more traffic?

Most feedlists are going to have linking rules like most other sites. So a lot of initial visitors and spiders will find the feedlist via back-links on participating blogs and sites. Ideally, this will reach the point where the feedlist is getting spidered regularly and the feedlist will start to climb in the search engine results for their chosen keywords resulting in more search engine traffic just like any other site. Generally, more visitors to the feedlist will result in more visitors to the participating blogs and sites, and vice-versa.
Does that help? I didn't know if you were asking from the perspective of a feedlist owner or a blog owner.
