are there issuses with blog submitter?
I have done smart linking with about 15 blogs over the last two weeks and after doing some investigating all the blogs that were listed only received email confirmations from 4-6 blogs when we are exchanging 8 links for 8 links in return. Also a alot of the blogs are not being smart linked at all, their getting hard link exchange!
